Lawrence & Co is Hythe’s longest established independent estate agent still to remain in the ownership of it’s founder, Tim Lawrence.

The process doesn’t grind to a halt at the stage of agreeing a sale; we pride ourselves on the strength of our in-house sales progression. This includes regular communication with any associated agents or solicitors in a chain of transactions and regular feedback to both our vendor and purchaser. The closer the watch we keep on each of our sales, the earlier a problem is identified and the easier it is for us to trouble shoot that problem and avert disaster.

We have strong connections with other local professionals including solicitors, surveyors and independent financial advisors and would be pleased to put you in touch with the appropriate parties.
