  • Estate Agency or relevant experience preferred.

Main Duties Within The Estate Agency:

Provide administrative and ‘front of house’ support for the office To include:

  • Answering the phone & dealing with property enquiries.
  • Booking viewings and valuations.
  • Registering applicant details onto a database.
  • Producing Sales particulars and window cards.
  • Maintaining Sales systems to required standards.
  • General Office duties.
  • Assist with uploading properties to online portals
  • Support the team with all administrative tasks.
  • Prepare conveyancing paperwork on behalf the Sales Negotiators.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm and some Saturdays 9am - 4pm (with day off in lieu).

22 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays.

Salary: £18,000 per annum
